Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with strong project management skills. The ideal candidate should have experience managing projects, preferably with some exposure to networking-related projects, but the focus will be on overall project handling, resource coordination, and successful delivery.

Candidates with basic project coordination skills—familiarity with key terminology like PO, project planning, SOW, WCC, and project deliverables in the telecom industry or networking field—are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Coordinate resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams effectively.

• Track project progress, manage risks/issues, and escalate when necessary.

• Communicate project status updates to management and stakeholders regularly.

• Ensure compliance with quality and business standards.

• Manage documentation, project changes, and post-project evaluations.

Qualifications and Skills :

• 3-4 years of project management experience, preferably with exposure to networking projects.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in project management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines.
