Join our team at Colliers, Delhi NCR Role : Project Coordinator /Planning - 6 to 8 years of experience required. - Must have completed IT Parks/Commercial-Retail/Residential projects only. - B.Arch/B.Tech - Civil. - Skilled in MS Projects, AutoCAD and Primavera P6. Job Location : Zirakpur, Chandigarh Roles and Responsibilities: Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator/Planner or similar role. Planning, coordinating and monitoring activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures, processes and systems. Preparation of baseline schedule and supporting Project Manager (PM) in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR). Organizing, attending and participating in project meetings and stakeholder meetings. Preparing necessary presentation materials and reports for meetings. Creating detailed reports for executive staff.
