Project Co-Ordinator and Planner

Role Overview: Join our team at Colliers, Delhi NCR as a Project Coordinator/Planning. You should have 6 to 8 years of experience in completing IT Parks, Commercial-Retail, and Residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a B.Arch/B.Tech degree in Civil and should be skilled in MS Projects, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6. The job location is Zirakpur, Chandigarh. Key Responsibilities: - Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator/Planner or similar role. - Planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures, processes, and systems. - Preparation of baseline schedule and supporting Project Manager (PM) in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR). - Organizing, attending, and participating in project meetings and stakeholder meetings. - Preparing necessary presentation materials and reports for meetings. - Creating detailed reports for executive staff. - Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures. Qualifications Required: - 6 to 8 years of experience in completing IT Parks, Commercial-Retail, and Residential projects. - B.Arch/B.Tech degree in Civil. - Skilled in MS Projects, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6.
