As a Senior Project Manager at Ecomaxgo, a Govt of India backed startup specializing in IOT and Fintech, you will be responsible for managing the complete project end to end with a strong focus on financial viability. Even if you lack sales skills, your business mindset will play a crucial role in ensuring the project's success. The project, which has three verticals, is part of a Govt of India initiative under the Swachh Bharat mission. Your role will involve handling operations, team management, and revenue generation through ads management to maintain cash positivity. Key Responsibilities: - Manage 3 verticals of the project: IOT machine operations & Expansion, Team Management, and Ads Management - Develop strategies for revenue generation, team management, and project expansion - Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution - Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget - Create and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor progress - Implement verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs - Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools - Report to management and escalate issues as needed - Manage client and stakeholder relationships - Conduct risk management to minimize project risks - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Qualifications Required: - Business mindset with a focus on financial viability - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Ability to work on strategies, revenue generation, and team management - Openness to travel and meet Govt officers regularly - Negotiation skills and ability to work within budget constraints - Prior experience in project management and handling Govt projects is preferred Additional Details: Ecomaxgo is a profitable and tax-free startup that has received recognition from the Honorable Prime Minister for its IOT product. The initial salary offered is Rs 20 Lacs (Rs 9 Lacs in Hand + Rs 11 Lacs on performance) along with a company car. The location for this role is in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, with immediate joining required.
