Project Assistant

As a Project Assistant at SSB Media, your role will involve reaching out to US Departments via email to request original stories, incident reports, and footage of real-life incidents. These materials will be utilized as content for the YouTube Channel Patrol Stories TV. Your responsibilities will include: - Researching and identifying relevant US Departments to request data and incident footage. - Drafting and sending professional email requests to obtain reports and case-related materials. - Following up on pending requests and maintaining proper communication with departments. - Organizing and structuring the collected data to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Updating the status of each request systematically in a CRM software to track progress. - Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines while requesting and utilizing data. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate degree in any field; candidates with relevant experience will be preferred. - 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role involving data collection, email communication, or research-based tasks. - Strong email writing and communication skills for professional interactions. - Experience with CRM tools for logging and managing data requests. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously. - Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
