Your skills Critical thinking skills Patience Communication skills Organisational skills Creative thinking abilities Leadership skills Capacity for teamwork Time management skills Your tasks Ability to reach out to children and create a relationship of mutual trust Facilitates the holistic development of the children- physical, mental, and intellectual Attends to all matters of health, sickness, diet, sanitation and cleanliness Assists in homework, plans and organizes an education curriculum that makes learning fun, easy and meaningful Ensures discipline in and around the Hostel as well as an atmosphere of peace and harmony of all the residents Addresses medical/social and personal emergencies of all children.
