Company Description BuildSpire is a real estate innovation company based in Bengaluru Our team of architects and marketers is dedicated to creating amazing spaces that bring real estate dreams to life We offer a range of professional services including architectural design, 3D visualization, and marketing services to ensure project success, Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect at BuildSpire The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations, Job Responsibilities: Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative and functional design Using the construction brief to identify clientsneeds and put together feasibility reports and design proposals Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections Compile project specifications Keep within timelines Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on the project Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals Follow architectural trends and advancements Requirements: Experienced with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry, Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Architectural Design, SketchUp, Interior Design and 3ds Max, Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions Strong arts and design professional with a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) Possesses capabilities in handling large-scale residential projects (preferable) Well-versed with all required statutory norms, Good Team Management capabilities, Role: Project Architect Industry Type: Architecture Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Education: B Arch Experience Required: 3-5 Years (real estate industry preferred) Join our growing team at BuildSpire now and be a part of creating unique spaces that inspire!
