Required Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in React.js , JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5 , and CSS3/SASS .
Proven experience building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) with offline functionality and installable capabilities.
Experience with Service Workers , Workbox , and web push notifications .
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
Familiarity with TypeScript and modern front-end build tools ( Webpack , Vite , or Parcel ).
Hands-on experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines .
Knowledge of performance profiling and Lighthouse audits for PWA compliance.
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest , React Testing Library , or Cypress .
Solid understanding of responsive design , accessibility (WCAG) , and cross-browser testing .

Design and develop high-performance PWAs using React.js and related technologies.
Implement service workers , Web App Manifests , and offline caching strategies to ensure seamless user experiences.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver responsive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces.
Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and SEO .
Integrate APIs and manage state efficiently using tools like Redux , Recoil , or Context API .
Implement responsive design principles to ensure consistent experiences across devices and screen sizes.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards .
Conduct code reviews , mentor junior developers, and maintain best practices for code quality and architecture.
Stay current with emerging web technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve the product.
