Must have skills : SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool Good to have skills : SAP Data MigrationMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and meeting service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and closing of projects.- Manage project resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure project success.- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders regularly. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Data Migration.- Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.- Experience in managing large-scale projects and programs.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
