Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will manage the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating with multiple stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - PMP, Prince2, CSM desired certifications -Preferably Infra, SAP experience - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies. - Experience with stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Ability to utilize project management tools and software effectively. - Proficient in risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
