Programming Coordinator

As a Programming Coordinator at Travelxp, you will play a crucial role in managing Travelxp software, developing monthly promo policies, conducting quality checks on episodes, coordinating cross-functionally, ensuring quality assurance, transcribing and translating video content accurately, and managing end-to-end content workflow on the OTT platform. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate purchase orders for newly launched shows or additional languages in the software. - Contribute to formulating and implementing the monthly promotional strategy. - Conduct quality checks on episodes to ensure technical and content standards are met. - Collaborate with Operations and Postproduction teams for a streamlined workflow. - Conduct quality checks on promotional content and episodes to ensure adherence to standards. - Transcribe and translate video content accurately while maintaining original meaning and tone. - Manage the end-to-end workflow of content on the OTT platform to ensure smooth delivery, quality control, timely publishing, and platform standard maintenance. Skills Required: - Proficient in English and Hindi with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask by performing quality checks across multiple languages while managing other responsibilities. - Good understanding of the entertainment industry and awareness of industry trends. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth task execution. - Strong time-management and planning skills to adhere to project timelines. Qualifications Required: - Graduation is mandatory; BCom, BBA, BMM are preferred.
