As a Programmatic Campaign Manager at Jampp, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing mobile marketing campaigns using a variety of ML programmatic tools available to you. Working closely with the Customer Success Manager, you will align Jampp campaigns with customers' business goals, design strategies to retain and grow customers, and provide regular feedback on campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize mobile marketing campaigns using Jampp's ML programmatic tools - Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to align campaigns with customers' business goals - Provide regular feedback on campaign performance and key actionables to communicate to customers - Extract and manipulate data to create actionable recommendations for business decisions - Troubleshoot level-1 technical problems and work cross-functionally with revenue and technical teams - Embrace autonomy and take initiative for continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial engineering, or related field - 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a focus on running mobile/performance campaigns - Experience in CPA and ROAS optimization - Advanced level of English proficiency - Proficiency in Excel - Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills - Attention to detail and analytical background - Proactive team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-growing tech company - Ambitious self-starter who enjoys challenges and continuous learning At Jampp, you will have the opportunity to learn extensively about mobile growth in Internet advertising, receive a competitive salary, enjoy extended Maternity/Paternity leaves and holidays, and have a high level of responsibility from day one.
