Programmatic Campaign Management

You will be joining the mDSP Growth team as an Analyst/Sr. Analyst for Programmatic Campaign Management based in Gurgaon. The Growth team focuses on implementing advanced growth strategies to assist mobile companies worldwide in achieving their objectives through iterative A/B experiments on key campaign components like audiences and creatives. If you have experience on the advertiser side or with DSP and are eager to apply your knowledge while gaining industry insights, this opportunity might be a perfect fit for you. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, executing, and optimizing mobile marketing campaigns using mDSP's ML programmatic tools. Collaborating with the Customer Success Manager, you will align mDSP campaigns with customers" business goals and design strategies for customer retention and growth. Regularly providing feedback on campaign performance and actionable insights for business decisions will be crucial. Additionally, you will troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with revenue and technical teams to ensure successful campaign management. We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in running mobile/performance campaigns. Proficiency in English and Excel is essential, coupled with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
