Program Manager-Special Projects

You will be joining 2070 Health, India's first Venture Studio, which focuses on building transformative healthcare companies from scratch through discovering disruptive opportunities. As a Program Manager reporting to the Operating Partner, you will closely collaborate with the Product & Go-To-Market team to drive key initiatives, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, institutionalize knowledge in product & marketing, and ensure smooth operations within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Operational Excellence** - Identify, track & report project benefits in collaboration with internal stakeholders, project managers & founders. - Manage potential channel conflict by fostering communication and adherence to channel rules of engagement. - Program manage key priorities of the Partner by coordinating with leaders, acting as gatekeepers, and ensuring Partner involvement in decision-making processes. - **Product Development & Launch Support** - Analyze post-launch product performance metrics for improvement areas and future iterations. - Oversee product prototypes and early-stage testing to validate market fit and gather user feedback. - Serve as a liaison between the Product Development team and external stakeholders like vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies. - **Go-to-market** - Develop a framework for vetting GTM strategies with metrics for tracking success and risks. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to refine and execute the GTM strategy. - Assist in planning customer acquisition strategy and managing partnerships across the ecosystem. **Qualification Required:** - 2-5 years of experience in consulting or fast-paced startups. - Preferred Undergraduate Background from top-tier institutions like Delhi University colleges or Indian Institutes of Technology. - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage ambiguity, and differentiate between execution tasks and strategic insights. - Excellent team player with the capability to collaborate effectively across functions, leadership, and sub-cultures. - Post-graduate MBA degree from Tier-1 Institutions like IIMs or ISB (Good to have).
