We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to oversee cross-functional initiatives and ensure the successful execution of strategic programs. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and align deliverables with company objectives.

🔹 What You’ll Do / 주요 업무

Lead and manage cross-functional programs from initiation to completion

부서 간 프로그램을 기획부터 완료까지 리드 및 관리

Define program goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business strategy

비즈니스 전략에 맞는 프로그램 목표, 범위, 산출물 정의

Coordinate with project managers, teams, and external stakeholders

프로젝트 매니저, 팀, 외부 이해관계자와 협력

Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of results

진행 상황 추적, 리스크 관리 및 결과물의 적시 제공 보장

Prepare program reports and present updates to leadership

프로그램 보고서 작성 및 경영진 대상 업데이트 제공

🔹 What We’re Looking For / 지원 자격

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field

경영학 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위

5+ years of program or project management experience

프로그램 또는 프로젝트 관리 경력 5년 이상

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

뛰어난 리더십, 조직력, 커뮤니케이션 능력

Proficiency in program/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)

MS Project, Jira, Asana 등 관리 툴 활용 능력

Fluency in Korean and English (both written and spoken)

한국어 및 영어 능통자 (구두 및 문서)

PMP or similar certification preferred

PMP 또는 관련 자격증 보유자 우대
