Demonstrated proficiency in a front desk or customer service position Proficiency in using computers and telephone Coordinate with Trainees and Trainers Greet and welcome guests Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a warm and professional attitude Strong time-management and organizational skills. Check, sort, and forward emails Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or other basic office programs.
