Job Description

Role & responsibilities Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning, estimation, and risk management to reporting and delivery. Ensure projects are on track, within scope, and delivered on time. Leverage your deep knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain to drive the successful execution of projects aligned with industry best practices. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring alignment with project objectives and customer expectations. Manage multiple simultaneous projects, coordinating across different customers and ensuring resource allocation is optimized. Proactively identify risks early and formulate strategies for mitigating them, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and outcomes. Monitor and track project budgets and costs, reporting variances to leadership. Ensure that project financials are within the approved budget and costs are controlled. Provide clear, concise communication to all stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones. Ensure that performance and progress are consistently reported against KPIs. Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Excel to track progress, report on milestones, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Experience in managing no-code/low-code project implementations is highly desirable. This includes overseeing the delivery and integration of platforms that support rapid deployment and customization Required skills Minimum of 10 years in program/project management, with at least 5 years in the P&C Insurance domain or any Insurance domain Proven ability in planning, estimation, tracking, risk management, and reporting of projects. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different customers and geographies. Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and Excel for tracking, reporting, and budget management
