Program Manager - Innovation Programs

Role Overview: As an Innovation Manager / Program Manager within the DE department at the HO location, your main responsibility will be to manage and lead innovation programs effectively. You will be responsible for project management, engagement with partners, coordination with other business verticals, and risk management to ensure the successful execution of projects within set budgets and timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Project Management of Innovation Programs including planning, executing, and completing projects within set budgets and timelines. - Monitoring and engaging with partners regularly within the framework of MOU and agreements. - Coordinating with other MSIL Business Verticals and HR for timely execution of program activities. - Engaging with innovation ecosystem partners, monitoring their performance, and ensuring alignment with signed agreements. - Implementing risk management strategies to minimize project risks by pre-empting obstacles and seeking direction from Department Heads for resolutions. - Creating and maintaining proper documentation of end-to-end project activities. - Planning and executing program-related events, speaker sessions, webinars, and fireside chats.
