Job Description

As a Program Manager for Hyperlocal Fulfillment at Prozos, your role will be crucial in enhancing and expanding the Hyperlocal Fulfillment vertical. You will be involved in strategic planning, pilot execution, supply network development, unit economics modeling, and coordinating with various teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategy & Business Design:** - Refine and institutionalize the business model for Hyperlocal Fulfillment including Same Day, Next Day, 2-Hour, and sub-same day Delivery. - Evaluate different delivery configurations such as FC, Dark Store, and Last Mile to identify scalable and cost-efficient models. - **Pilot Execution & Program Governance:** - Lead ongoing and upcoming pilots with structured planning, governance, and documentation. - Monitor performance metrics like cost per shipment, SLA adherence, and inventory turns to drive informed decisions for scale-up. - **Supply Network Enablement:** - Support in identifying and onboarding urban fulfillment nodes, dark stores, last-mile delivery partners, and mid-mile transportation providers. - Define engagement models, SLAs, and rate structures to enhance supply chain efficiency. - **Operationalization & Cross-Functional Integration:** - Collaborate with various teams to design and implement processes and system flows efficiently. - Contribute to creating SOPs for order lifecycle management, dispatch logic, and picker-packer workflows. - **Financial & Commercial Planning:** - Conduct detailed cost and unit economics analysis to optimize pricing, service design, and operational efficiency. - Develop scalable models for delivery cost optimization and city-level profitability. - **Scale-Up Planning:** - Translate pilot learnings into structured expansion playbooks in collaboration with the Business Lead. - Design frameworks for network design, inventory placement, and partner selection, and support client onboarding and Go-To-Market planning. - **Executive Reporting & Presentation Support:** - Assist in preparing executive-ready materials for board meetings and internal strategy meets. - Synthesize insights into actionable visual reports for senior leadership. **Qualifications:** - **Educational Background:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field. - **Experience:** 4-8 years in program management, supply chain, or strategy roles with exposure to Hyperlocal, SDD/NDD, or dark store-based fulfillment models. **Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Structured program execution capabilities. - Excellent cross-functional and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus. - Ability to collaborate with tech/product teams to enhance system workflows.,
