Program Manager Executive

Key Responsibilities: - Take charge of the learning experience of 700+ students monthly and oversee the end-to-end delivery of courses and student journeys. - Drive initiatives to increase engagement, attendance, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs). - Directly engage with mentees to ensure the quality of the learning experience for students and educators. - Maintain timely coordination with all stakeholders involved in the learning process. - Analyze data and behavior patterns to provide suggestions for enhancing the learning journey. - Gather feedback from learners, relay it to educators, and ensure the quality of each live class is maintained. - Source and interview quality mentors for the programs. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and people skills. - Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to design activities that facilitate better learning. - Proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work. - Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Additional Details: This role will report to the Group Program Manager and requires working from the office five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
