Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Implementation Manager based in Chennai. The Program Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing program and project implementation, ensuring that all initiatives align with Dhwani Foundation's strategic goals. The role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, analyzing program performance, and implementing best practices to improve effectiveness. Daily tasks include program planning, team management, communication with partners, and monitoring progress.

Qualifications

• Program Implementation and Program Management skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and Project Implementation experience
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in the nonprofit or social sector is a must
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and handhold partner Grassroot Ngos in field on operational practices
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work.
