Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for a Program Designer. The Program Designer will be responsible for creating and developing immersive experiences that integrate language learning, cultural education, and professional skills. Key tasks include designing curriculum and activities, collaborating with local communities, and ensuring that the programs are educationally enriching and culturally authentic. The Program Designer will work closely with other team members to plan and implement programs that align with Culture Croft’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum design and educational program development
• Skills in cultural education and language instruction
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for global cultures, education, and community engagement
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience working with rural communities is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Anthropology, International Studies, or a related field
• Ability to keep an open mind
