Role Description This is a full-time role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The role is on-site and located in the Berlin Metropolitan Area. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, developing and executing social media strategies, and engaging with our online community. The specialist will also collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance our online presence and drive engagement through various marketing campaigns. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills Proficiency in Digital Marketing and general Marketing concepts Strong Communication skills Ability to work on-site in the Berlin Metropolitan Area Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Creativity and ability to think outside the box Experience in using social media management tools Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred Experience in an educational or cultural exchange organization is a plus Please note that this is a volunteering opportunity and would be considered for paid full-time employment in the future.

The Program Designer will be responsible for creating and developing immersive experiences that integrate language learning, cultural education, and professional skills. Key tasks include designing curriculum and activities, collaborating with local communities, and ensuring that the programs are educationally enriching and culturally authentic. The Program Designer will work closely with other team members to plan and implement programs that align with Culture Croft’s mission and values. Qualifications Experience in curriculum design and educational program development Skills in cultural education and language instruction Strong organizational and project management skills Effective communication and collaboration skills Passion for global cultures, education, and community engagement Ability to work independently and remotely Previous experience working with rural communities is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Anthropology, International Studies, or a related field Ability to keep an open mind
