Job Description

As a Program Coordinator and Relationship Lead at our company, your role will involve providing excellent customer service and promoting client programs. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls from clients, candidates, and test site administrators. Additionally, you will assist in the operational aspects of client testing programs and address escalated service-related issues. **Primary Responsibilities:** - Handle Level 2 and Level 3 Escalation calls - Liaise directly with the US (United States), EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), and APAC (Asia Pacific) lines of business - Ensure timely delivery of candidate results to clients - Prepare client reports - Serve as an escalation point for service-related problems - Promote client programs and products - Identify additional opportunities and operational trouble areas - Input accurate customer information into the database - Assist in training and monitoring call center agents for service quality - Maintain SLA for different Lines of Business (LOBs) - Manage reports, client relationships, and events **Qualifications/Education And Experience:** - Bachelor's degree is required - 4-5 years of experience in a similar/related position - Strong communication skills - High levels of customer service skills - Previous experience in a Level 2 support role - Subject matter expert knowledge - Comfortable working in a busy corporate environment and open to night shifts - Experience in providing application support and proficient in MS Office - Skilled in collating reports **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Attention to detail - Strong problem-solving skills - Effective organizing and time management skills - Customer service and team working skills - Client and People Management skills - Knowledge of AI tools would be an added advantage Our company, Pearson, is dedicated to helping individuals realize their learning potential and achieve personal breakthroughs.
