Program Advisor

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for students and clients, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.

* Nurture leads and keep them warm for present and future conversions through consistent follow-ups and

meaningful engagement.

* Identify and qualify prospects, and schedule them for in-person or virtual counselling sessions.

* Build and maintain structured follow-up strategies based on the source and maturity of leads.

* Demonstrate assertiveness with a positive attitude—engaging confidently yet without being pushy.

* Provide basic counselling and guidance to students on studying abroad, tailored to their chosen destination

countries.

* Establish trust and credibility with students and their families by addressing queries and offering accurate

information.

* Maintain accurate records of all follow-up activities in CRM systems and other designated trackers.

* Work in collaboration with the management team to refine calling scripts, strategies, and improve

conversion processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
