Minimum Academic Requirements :-

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (mandatory)
• M.Pharm. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (mandatory)
• Strong research background with publications in reputed journals
• Teaching and research experience as per UGC/PCI norms

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Deliver high-quality teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate programs
• Guide research scholars (Ph.D. and M.Pharm. students)
• Develop and supervise innovative research projects in Pharmaceutical Chemistry Sciences
• Contribute to curriculum design, academic planning, and departmental development
• Publish in peer-reviewed journals and participate in conferences/seminars
• Mentor students for academic excellence and career development
• Actively participate in university committees and contribute to institutional growth.
