Here are the qualifications and criteria for different positions: **PROFESSOR:** - Ph.D. with First Class in Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration/relevant discipline. - Minimum 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals. - Minimum Research Score of 120. - Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates. - 10-15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 3 years equivalent to Associate Professor. **ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR:** - Ph.D. with First Class in Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration/relevant discipline. - Minimum 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals. - Minimum Research Score of 75. - 8 years of full-time experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 3 years post Ph.D. experience. **ASSISTANT PROFESSOR:** - Ph.D. mandatory with a minimum of 55% in Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration/relevant discipline. - Minimum 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals. - First Class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant/Cost and Works Accountant/Company Secretary of the concerned bodies. Desirable conditions for Assistant Professor: - Ph.D. preferred with 2 years of experience. - Presentation of at least two papers based on Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency.
