Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality finished videos
  
• Create engaging videos for social media, websites, ads, reels, YouTube, and corporate use
  
• Add motion graphics, titles, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music
  
• Perform color correction, color grading, and audio enhancement
  
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to understand project requirements
  
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Ads, etc.)
  
• Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  
• Stay updated with video editing trends, tools, and formats
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional experience in video editing
  
• Proficiency in video editing software such as:
  
• Adobe Premiere Pro
  
• Adobe After Effects
  
• Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
  
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
  
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolutions
  
• Good sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
  
• Experience with social media video formats and short-form content
  
• Ability to take feedback positively and make revisions quickly
  

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Knowledge of AI-based video editing tools
  
• Experience with reels, shorts, and ad creatives
  
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop / Illustrator)
  
• Experience working with marketing or digital agencies
