Professional Telecaller (Female Only)

We are seeking dynamic and confident female telecallers with excellent communication skills to join our sales team at AJS Business and IT Solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver a professional sales pitch over the phone and generate quality leads by clearly presenting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using the company database and leads provided.
• Deliver a professional, persuasive, and well-structured sales pitch.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
• Handle customer queries and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and lead status in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the sales team for seamless client onboarding.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Only female candidates may apply.
• Minimum qualification: Any degree or diploma.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Prior experience in telecalling or inside sales is preferred.
• Must be confident, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
