Job Description

As a Quality Manager at JLL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of projects at the Senior Project Manager level. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing project-specific Quality Management Plans - Establishing quality control procedures and checklists - Implementing ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems - Creating quality training and awareness programs You will also be responsible for: - Coordinating internal and external quality audits - Ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards - Managing relationships with third-party testing agencies - Overseeing certification and approval processes In addition, you will lead quality teams across multiple work fronts, develop quality capabilities in project teams, conduct quality training and competency assessments, and manage quality-related performance metrics. Your role will involve identifying quality risks and implementing mitigation measures, leading root cause analysis for quality failures, developing corrective and preventive action plans, and managing customer complaints and quality issues. To be successful in this role, you should have: - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; Quality Management certification - 10-12 years in construction quality management - Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred - Experience with LEED, BREEAM, or other green building certifications JLL is a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate.
