Accounts Payable - Associate/Sr. Associate (Language Expert)

Reporting Manager: PTP Lead/Manager

Job Description Summary:

Expertise in Portuguese language with B2 and above proficiency

Working experience in PTP processes including involvement with the following: purchase requisitions, purchase orders (PO), non-PO processing, approval workflow review, vendor maintenance, helpdesk management, invoice processing and validation, maintenance of error logs, timely and accurate payment processing

Excellent client facing skills to help resolve customer escalations in a timely manner

. Independent decision making - Capable of organizing and executing day-to-day activities ability to multi-task initiatives for self with limited guidance.

. Operations management - Preparing error logs and utilizing logs for self-improvement

. Problem solving and conflict resolution

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - written and oral Qualifications

. B.Com (Pass) (Mandate) or B.Com (Honors)/MBA Finance

. Strong Financial aptitude

. At least 3+ years of on the job experience specific experience in PTP Finance Shared Services

. Extremely well organized and detailed oriented with demonstrated follow-up skills

. Working experience and exposure with SAP/Ariba in PTP (Preferred)
