The role you will be taking on involves enabling the attraction, engagement, and retention of the right talent for the business needs. This will be achieved by designing and implementing remuneration & rewards frameworks, policies, and packages that are market competitive, uphold meritocracy, sustainable, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Your role will encompass end-to-end solutions to ensure successful remuneration and rewards management. Your key accountabilities will include identifying and executing C&B interventions to attract, motivate, and retain top talent within the organization. You will engage with external consultants to conduct market assessments and benchmarking projects, ensuring that the organization's benefit offerings align with industry standards and best practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing benefit programs across the organization, as well as conducting regular analytics and dashboarding related to remuneration and budgeting. You will also be tasked with tracking headcount and employee cost budgets, proactively identifying issues, and developing action plans. It will be essential to monitor and ensure process adherence for all remuneration and benefit programs, while also identifying and tracking key productivity and cost metrics to support decision-making. In terms of educational qualifications and experience, we are looking for candidates with an MBA from a Tier 1/1B Institute and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, candidates with an MBA from other institutes and 4 to 6 years of relevant experience will also be considered. It is essential to have at least 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits if coming from an industry background (non-consulting).
