Production Trainer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role is crucial in ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills to operate safely and efficiently within our manufacturing facility.

Duties

• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs tailored to the needs of employees in various roles, including assembly line and warehouse operations.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions on the use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery, including forklifts.
• Provide guidance on safety protocols and best practices within the manufacturing environment.
• Assess trainees' performance through practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs based on production goals and employee performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and certifications achieved.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing processes to ensure training content remains relevant.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand assembly processes and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics.
• Experience operating forklifts is preferred; certification may be required.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in training documentation and reporting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹23.56 - ₹28.37 per hour
