Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and operate machines/equipment in assigned production areas.
Assist in process setup, quality checks, and material handling.
Record daily production data, downtime, and defects accurately.
Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and store departments as required.
Suggest improvements in production efficiency and safety (if applicable).
Report shift-wise performance or issues to team leaders or engineers.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in
Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Industrial, or Production Engineering
.
Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/plant setup.
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
(morning, evening, or night).
Basic knowledge of production processes and machine operations.
Understanding of 5S, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Good communication and teamwork.
Ability to follow technical instructions and SOPs.
Basic computer/data entry skills for reporting.
Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
