Production & Testing Engineer

As a Production Tester, your role involves conducting functional and quality tests on EV chargers before dispatch. You will be responsible for performing module and functional tests, providing testing training to third party manufacturers, identifying and troubleshooting defects, and ensuring products meet specifications. Your duties will include using testing equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers, following SOPs, maintaining detailed test records, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Perform module and functional tests of EV chargers in production. - Provide testing training to third party manufacturers. - Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects in production devices. - Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure product compliance. - Use testing equipment to validate product performance. - Follow SOPs for testing and quality checks. - Maintain detailed test records and report issues to engineering and production teams. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - 1-3 years of hardware testing experience, preferably in power electronics or EV chargers. - Hands-on experience with testing tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and LCR meters. - Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, PCB debugging, and firmware flashing. - Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues effectively. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
