Production Technician

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a production or assembly role, preferably in electronics and mechanical component assembly.

Hands-on experience with assembly tools and equipment, including soldering, testing instruments, and measurement tools.

Technical Skills:

a. Strong understanding of mechanical and electronics assembly techniques and best practices. b. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.

c. Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection methods for mechanical and electronic components.

d. Familiarity with basic testing and calibration equipment used in production.

Soft Skills:

a. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

b. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

c. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

d. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in a manufacturing environment focused on electronics, automotive, or related industries.

2. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

3. Basic understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

4. Experience in using ERP or production management software.
