Production System Engineer

As a Hardware Engineer in NVIDIA's System Production Engineering group, you will have a crucial role in overseeing networking systems production engineering matters. Your responsibilities will include understanding hardware, firmware/software, mechanical integration, and manufacturing processes. You will supervise production engineering activities in contract manufacturing lines, collaborating closely with various groups within the networking organization including Hardware/Software/Firmware R&D, Architecture, Test Engineering, Quality & Reliability, and Operations. Your direct communications will extend to internal and external groups, providing you with an opportunity to deepen your knowledge of NVIDIA networking systems and solutions within a dynamic and positive environment. Key Responsibilities: - Leading Cross-Organizational Task Forces: Manage and lead cross-functional teams to address quality events and failure modes in NVIDIA's networking products by coordinating efforts from hardware, software, and manufacturing departments towards issue resolution. - Root Cause Analysis and Test Planning: Perform detailed root cause analysis by analyzing failure modes meticulously and monitor and control test yield for all stations. - Onsite Engineering Support: Serve as the technical owner for test issues, test infrastructures, and test setup, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all issues. Qualifications Required: - B.S.C in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. - 4+ years of technical experience in hardware design/system, failure analysis/debugging/Architecture, or Product Engineer roles. - Familiarity with electric product manufacturing processes. - Proficiency with lab equipment, lab setups, and troubleshooting skills. - Highly motivated teammate with a commitment to staying updated on new technologies and FA methodologies. - Proficient in English.
