Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed documentation, staying updated with industry trends, and providing technical support to team members. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in motor design, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry. Your technical skills should include knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems, industry standards and regulations, project management, electromagnetic simulation tools like ANSYS or Maxwell, thermal management, motor control systems, power electronics, CAD software for mechanical design, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
