We are in need of an experience Production Supervisor(Fabrication Background) to oversee our production process

Job Description

• Heavy Steel Fabrication Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in large-scale steel fabrication projects, ensuring precision and quality in structural components.
• Production Line Supervision: Efficiently managed day-to-day operations of the production line, optimizing workflow and minimizing downtime.
• Fabrication Drawing Interpretation: Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting complex fabrication drawings to guide accurate execution.
• Fabrication & Welding Techniques: In-depth knowledge of various fabrication and welding methods, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Team Leadership: Successfully led and coordinated a team of approximately 40 staff members, fostering collaboration and maintaining high productivity.
• Multilingual Communication: Skilled in communicating effectively in Hindi, English, and Malayalam, facilitating smooth coordination across diverse teams
• Enforce safety policies and procedures (both in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job
• Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labeling and record keeping

Candidates must posses Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and should be working in supervisor position
