Production Supervisor

As a Welding and Fabrication Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to lead, instruct, and coordinate the activities of welders and fabricators to ensure timely and quality execution. You will play a crucial role in planning and organizing production schedules to meet deadlines, assigning tasks and responsibilities to production employees, and developing and maintaining documentation for production processes, standard operating procedures, and quality standards. Effective communication with other departments to coordinate activities is also a key aspect of your role.
