Job Description

As a Production Supervisor at our company located in Naidupeta, your role will involve reporting daily to the designated plant manager, maintaining and achieving productivity targets, ensuring discipline on the shop floor, performing routine work at the shop floor level including repairs and maintenance, recording data, implementing quality control measures, and managing workers effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Report daily to the designated plant manager - Maintain and achieve productivity targets and discipline on the shop floor - Perform routine work at the shop floor level, including repairs and maintenance - Record data at the shop floor level - Implement quality control measures - Manage and control workers effectively Qualifications Required: - Diploma holder in Mechanical engineering preferred - Minimum 6-7 years of experience in operations of furnaces, blowers, and bag filters - Prior experience in a continuous process factory is required - Experience in working with furnaces in a factory setting is essential - Experience in the steel background or foundry industry is preferred - Fluency in Hindi is required In addition, candidates who only have experience in fabrication workshops (operating CNC machines, etc.) may not be suitable for this role. It is essential for candidates to have the ability to relocate to Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, and work a full-time day shift schedule.
