You will be working as a Production Supervisor in Naidupeta. Ideally, you should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6-7 years of experience in operations of furnaces, blowers, bag filters, etc. Your role will involve reporting daily to the designated plant manager, maintaining productivity targets, ensuring discipline on the shop floor, performing routine work including repairs and maintenance, recording data, quality control, and managing workers. Candidates for senior and middle-level positions must have prior experience in factories with furnaces, and experience in fabrication workshops is not suitable. It is preferred that you have a background in steel or foundry. Fluency in Hindi is required, and relocation to Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, is necessary. The job requires at least 6 years of experience in furnaces, blowers, bag filters, and 5 years in steel background/foundry. This is a full-time position with day shifts.,
