Production Supervisor

About Us:

Vansh Specialities is a growing manufacturer of animal feed supplements and trace minerals. We take pride in maintaining quality-driven production, clean audit records, and streamlined operations. We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Supervisor who can take complete ownership of the plant’s daily operations and assist our two plant managers in smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day factory operations and coordinate with both plant managers.
• Manage labor teams — assign work, ensure discipline and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily production and audit-related documents, including production reports and logbooks.
• Check and maintain inventory records, perform physical stock verification, and update stock statements regularly.
• Handle loading/unloading of raw materials and finished goods, along with accurate documentation (GRN, issue slips, stock registers, etc.).
• Coordinate transportation — visit nearby transporters for pickup/drop of finished goods and raw materials as needed.
• Ensure smooth communication between plant and office — share daily updates on production targets, stock levels, and maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within the plant

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing operations, storekeeping, and documentation.
• Able to read/write basic English and understand standard audit/production formats.
• Willingness to be hands-on with labor, material handling, and local transport tasks.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp, spreadsheets, or basic computer/PDF tools for daily reporting.
• Nearby resident preferred (Vasai region) for ease of commuting.
• Minimum education: 10+2 or Diploma in any field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
