Job Title: Production Supervisor (DME / B.A. - Fresher or Up to 1 Year Experience)

Job Overview:

We are hiring smart, young, and fast-learning candidates for our Production Department . This opportunity is open to Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) holders and B.A. graduates who are eager to begin or grow their careers in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily production activities on the shop floor
• Operate machinery under supervision and follow safety protocols
• Ensure quality and accuracy in tasks performed
• Coordinate with team members for smooth production flow
• Maintain basic production-related records

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply)

• Comfortable with shift-based work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
