Job Title: Production Supervisor – Metal Cutting Unit

About the Company:
Technique Safety Devices Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality security and tamper-evident seals catering to industrial and pharmaceutical clients across India. We are expanding our production capacity and are looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our Metal Cutting Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the metal cutting unit.
Setup and align new metal cutting dies of all types.
Operate and setup feeders for continuous production.
Oversee and troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic power presses.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met.
Coordinate with the maintenance and tool room teams for die servicing and machine upkeep.
Train and monitor operators to maintain efficient workflow.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in metal cutting, die setup, and press operations.
Hands-on knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic power presses.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and die layouts.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a precision or seal manufacturing setup).
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making preferred.
