About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production operations. The role involves managing manpower, ensuring adherence to production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and implementing safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and meet shift targets.
• Allocate resources and coordinate with maintenance.
• Ensure quality standards and support audits.
• Manage shop-floor staff and monitor performance.
• Enforce safety, PPE use, and 5S practices.
• Maintain reports and update ERP systems.
• Report progress and issues to Production Manager.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong production, quality, and equipment knowledge.
• Good leadership and team management.
• Proficient in ERP/MS Office.
• Safety and compliance awareness.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (or relevant field).
• 2–5 years of experience in production supervision in a manufacturing/engineering/automotive environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
