Production Supervisor Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Management

• Manage the entire production during night shift.
• Ensure all machines run smoothly
• Achieve daily production targets as per plan.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns.

2. Manpower Handling

• Supervise operators, helpers, and shift workers (10–25 people as per unit size).
• Assign duties, monitor performance, maintain discipline.
• Ensure shift attendance and proper handover to morning team.

3 . Safety & Cleanliness

• Ensure all workers follow safety protocols (gloves, mask, shoes, etc.).
• Maintain clean and organized shop floor.
• Check machine safety points before start.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Log machine breakdowns, wastage, mold changes, material usage.
• Report major issues to Production Manager/Plant Head.

5.Inventory & Material

• Ensure correct material loading .
• Monitor raw material consumption.
• Prevent wastage and leakage.

6.Quality Control

• Ensure all products meet quality parameters
• Reject defective pieces and maintain QC record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
