We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor (Machine Shop) to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in machining operations, hands-on programming experience, and a proven track record of supervising production activities in an aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities in the machine shop to meet quality, delivery, and productivity targets.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor machining operations to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime.

• Provide CNC programming support (Fanuc/Siemens/other) and troubleshoot machining issues.

• Ensure adherence to aerospace manufacturing standards, customer specifications, and internal quality procedures.

• Lead, train, and guide machine operators and technicians for continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, planning, and engineering teams for smooth operations.

• Implement process improvements, tooling optimization, and lean manufacturing practices.

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace production or precision machining companies (Hyderabad experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, cutting tools, machining parameters, and GD&T.

• Hands-on experience in CNC programming

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, aerospace standards, and process plans.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AS9100, NADCAP, or other aerospace quality systems.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
