Production Supervisor

Experience : Fresher to 2yrs experience

Location : Binola Industrial Area , Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, including machine operators, assemblers to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production operations.2
• Plan and organize production schedules, ensuring that production targets are met while minimizing downtime and maximizing resource utilization
• Provide the training of new and old operators enhance their skills, knowledge and performance.
• To control the production losses5 Prepare the OOE and control the data
• Daily molding floor activity monitoring sheet checked as per given plan
• To maintain the 5S activities at shop floor area8 Kaizen activities at shop floor for process improvement
• To ensure the availability of raw material & mold run the machine.

Minimum Job Requirements :

• Educational Qualification - Diploma (Mech. Engg./Suitable Branch) OR Graduate (General)
• Work Experience - Fresher
• Job Skills (Technical) - M/C Parameters; Manufacturing Defects; Production Cycle Time; Corrective Actions; SOP; Quality Parameters; Customers Requirements; Production Planning; Customer Interaction; IATF Documentation; Loading Plan; Dispatch Plan
• Job Skills (Behavioral) Basic Knowledge of Computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
