Production Supervisor

You will be working as a Production Supervisor at Concretia Rock Products Private Limited in Vadipatti, Madurai. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the fly ash plant operation and production planning, ensuring the efficiency of production, managing the fly ash production team and coordinating the crusher team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and conducting quality checking. To excel in this role, you should be a dynamic professional with the following qualifications: - Male candidate aged 25+ - Qualification in DME/BE (Mechanical) - Location preference for candidates from Vadipatti surroundings - Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts Additionally, you should possess the following skills: - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) - Good communication skills - Production knowledge in any domain The company offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of Rs. 15,000 to 20,000 per month with variable performance incentives, annual salary increments, overtime allowance, PF, employee engagement programs, and insurance.
